The story behind the space

The Vine. The Branch. Your Story.

I’m Hanna
Hebrew: meaning grace

I was born and raised Catholic. Sunday Mass, Catechesis, the Rosary, family prayers I knew all of it. But if I am honest with you, I knew the motions, not the heart of it. Faith was something I did, not something I lived.

It was not until a breaking point a few years ago that everything changed. I was overwhelmed and somewhere in the middle of all of it, I finally asked: “Is this all there is?”

That question cracked something open. And slowly, everything began to shift.

The hunger that does not stop

Once the desire to know Jesus begins, it really does not stop. It just keeps growing. I found myself constantly drawn to read, watch, and listen to anything that helped me understand God better, homilies, books, testimonies, Bible studies, anything I could find.

“As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God.”
Psalm 42:1

And slowly, through all of that and through an intentional prayer life, I started to see Him through a completely new lens. Not the one shaped by routine or tradition, but something far deeper and more real. For the first time in my life I felt excited to know more about Jesus. Amazed and completely undone by what He had done for us, feelings I had genuinely never experienced before.

That is when everything slowly began to shift. God helped me see Him more clearly and started writing a new story in my life.

The verse that lit the path forward

Forget the former things… I am doing a new thing… I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:18–19

A quiet corner of the internet

Somewhere in the middle of all that reading and searching, I had a thought: what if there were one space where everything could come together?

Where someone new to faith, or returning after years away, would not have to dig through endless links, YouTube rabbit holes, or random posts just to find a starting point. Just a quiet headstart. Something to anchor you in the noise.

Because if there is one thing I have learned, it is that making time for God is not something we are meant to squeeze in. It is meant to anchor everything else. And I know it is not always easy. When life feels like a whirlwind, you do not even know where to begin. I have been there, so overwhelmed by emotions I could not tell head from tail.

That is why I created this space. Just to begin. A quiet corner of the internet to help you take that first step. The rest? That is between you and the Holy Spirit. He will not force His way in. But He is ready whenever you are. And this space? It is just here to help you say yes.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
John 15:5 — the name behind the space
