Marian Devotion

Mary is not the destination. She is the road that always leads to her Son.

Wherever you are struggling, wherever you feel like you are falling, all you need to do is reach out to Mama Mary. She is always praying for you. She is your mother.

Just reach out. The Rosary is one of the very first places to start. One bead, two beads, three beads, then a whole decade. Just start. Just be in her presence.

Encounters with Heaven

Apparitions of Our Lady

Across centuries and continents, heaven has bent down to speak to earth through the voice of a mother. These are the moments the Church holds with great reverence.

Mexico, 1531

Our Lady of Guadalupe

The Woman clothed with the Sun

In December 1531, Our Lady appeared to Juan Diego on the hill of Tepeyac, Mexico. She left behind an image miraculously imprinted on his tilma that scientists to this day cannot fully explain. Within seven years of her appearance, nine million people came to faith. She is the Patron of the Americas.

Paris, France, 1830

Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal

Mediatrix of Graces

In 1830, the Virgin Mary appeared three times to a young novice nun named Catherine Laboure in Paris. She showed Catherine a vision of a medal. The miracles that followed were so numerous it became known as the Miraculous Medal. Catherine kept her secret for 46 years, revealed only on her deathbed.

Lourdes, France, 1858

Our Lady of Lourdes

The Immaculate Conception and the Healing Waters

In 1858, a 14-year-old girl named Bernadette Soubirous saw a beautiful lady appear 18 times near a grotto in Lourdes. When asked her name, she replied: I am the Immaculate Conception. A spring emerged from the grotto linked to thousands of documented healings. Over six million pilgrims visit Lourdes every year.

Fatima, Portugal, 1917

Our Lady of Fatima

The Lady of the Rosary

On May 13, 1917, three shepherd children in Portugal saw a beautiful woman standing in a cloud of light. She came six times. She asked for prayer, penance, and the Rosary. On October 13, 1917, 70,000 people witnessed what is known as the Miracle of the Sun. Her message was urgent, maternal, and deeply hopeful.

Medjugorje, Bosnia, 1981 to Present

Our Lady of Medjugorje

A Call to Prayer, Fasting and Conversion

Since June 24, 1981, six young people in Medjugorje have claimed ongoing apparitions of Our Lady. Her messages centre on peace, prayer, fasting, conversion, and confession. The Vatican has recognised the supernatural character of the early apparitions. Over 45 million pilgrims have visited the site.
